Dear Wayne, 

I am sure by now you have welcomed your new addition to the family. Chris and I send our congratulations. 

We are waiting for the commencement of our house, which we imagine will be soon. We are very excited about our dream house coming to life. You have been absolutely fantastic with helping us put on paper our vision of our home. To the finest detail and unique ideas you brought to the design has created a home we love. We  look forward to having you and your family visit for a delicious meal once we have moved in.
