We are writing this letter to express how pleased we are with the progress of our new home with Premier Builders Group and in particular with Wayne Colomb (Building & Design) and will happily recommend any potential clients to feel confident that they will receive first class service should they decide to build their new home through Wayne.

We had done the rounds with most of the builders in the area, the difference we found with Wayne is a genuine interest in what we as potential clients wanted and needed in a home. He suggested (never pushed) ideas to suit our budget, lifestyle and of course the block of land we had purchased, this is where his experience and knowledge of building and design really came to the fore, he quickly dealt with any concerns that arose.

Wayne has patiently guided us through the whole building process and has never made us feel that any afterthoughts, alterations or questions have been unreasonable. He is quiet clearly proud of the product he is selling and rightly so, we cannot emphasize how easy this whole process has been. Everything is progressing well and we are excited to be moving into our new home in the not too distant future.

The success of the build to date and the positive experience we have had is in part due to the great team of builders Premier have onboard but it has certainly been the invaluable advice and service Wayne has provided.
