My wife and I spent many months searching for the right builder to complete our investment property and decided on Premier Builders Group due largely to James’ knowledge and professionalism. I personally have built a few investment properties before and have dealt with many builders and consultants during my time. Many of them will lose interest in the client once the paperwork is all signed! But not James – he has looked after us before, during and especially after paperwork was signed, making sure we were looked after and just touching base and keeping in touch.

I have to say that without reservation, James demonstrates every quality that I would want in my consultant. His communication via phone, email and in person is prompt and efficient – He always gets back to me quickly and with accurate information. He is friendly and easy to talk to and he is knowledgeable about his products. He has also been genuinely very patient and understanding in all matters during our consultations and building, taking the time to explain small details and finding out information and extra details for us during the building process.

For us, it’s an easy decision to go back to James for our future construction projects and I would recommend him to any of our friends and family considering building a new home or just to sit down and discuss options.
