We had the pleasure of dealing with James Rankin at Premier Builders Group on the set up of our new home.

James answered all our questions on building The Esprit Rancher in a very professional manner. This build wasn’t a simple build as it was built on a rural location which already had a house that had to be removed. Which James help with permits or guided us in the right direction.

With the building set up James was involved in the important tasks of modifying layout and upgrades. He liaised well with us and the suppliers to help this happen. No question was too hard for him to resolve.
