We had been looking into a number of volume builders but were disappointed with the quality of the finishes and the generic look of the houses.  After visiting the Premier display home we were really impressed with the quality of the finishes and the period features of the homes. To us this was exactly what we were after, because we wanted something with character that would also suit our suburb.

After meeting with Michael we definitely got a sense that Michael understood our needs (being a family man with young kids) and was also willing to be flexible and honest about what we could achieve with respect to changing designs or layouts. Michael was definitely not there to ‘up sell’ but provide good advice on our needs and what we could achieve with our budget and what we could forgo without compromising the look and feel of the home.

We would definitely recommend talking to Michael if you are planning to do a knock down rebuild or building a home.
