The Coventry

Right away you can see all the character the Coventry has to offer with its federation facade.  You will admire the feature gable roofline with awning windows and rendered brickwork.  From the tiled entry you step into your formal lounge and dining located opposite the master bedroom, which boasts a large window seat with corbelled archway and walk in robe and is accommodated by an ensuite to die for with corner spa and separate toilet.

Leading from the formal living areas you walk down your hallway to the fully tiled informal living areas starting from the family room joined by a conventional kitchen with quality stainless steel Westinghouse electric fan forced oven and Westinghouse gas cook top and rangehood all surrounded by caser stone benchtops with square edges.  The informal living are is accommodated by a big and bright rumpus room, which as three double windows and a feature dwarf wall.

The remaining three bedrooms all with bright feature walls as standard are quite roomy and all come with built in robes.  Throughout the formal areas of the home you have a picture rail with contrasting paint underneath, three corbelled arches and Sydney Cove cornice.  Through the remainder of the home you have 90mm Scotia cornice.

Also throughout the home the Coventry offers colonial architraves, skirts and colonial four panel doors with Gainsborough lever door furniture.  The Coventry features a terracotta tiled roof,  colour bond downpipes, gutters and fascias with a wide range of colours.  The awning windows to the front are surrounded by window castings and mouldings to match the render and are accompanied by a solid front entry door.
