for a Premier Walk-Thru will help you understand the Premier Range, Inclusions & Building Process a whole lot easier.

WHAT IS A PREMIER WALK-THRU?
• Walk-Thru explaining the Premier Custom Inclusions & Benefits
• An explanation of the Premier Select Inclusions & Features
• Explanation of the Building & Payment Process including Time Frames
• The importance of Rescode Building Regulations which covers;
            • Correct home siting on your block (front, side & rear setback issues)
            • Overlooking, overshadowing issues
            • Site coverage, permeability & car parking issues
            • Solar access, daylight to windows & energy rating issues
• Discussing Design Features & Alterations
• Discuss any questions that may arise
The Premier ‘WALK-THRU’ is a FREE service & available ONLY BY APPOINTMENT
(appointments available outside of busy display open times, discuss with your Consultant).

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

STAGE 1 - Initial STEP
Building and Design Consultant will:

Provide you with information on any designs and pricing Provide you with a ‘walk thru’ and home estimate. Provide you with – a diagram of where you want your house sited on your block that complies with covenants on title and developer’s guidelines.
 


Owners are required to:

  • Pay $1500 to secure price, start allocation and promotion (if applicable)
  • Supply a clear Copy of Title and Section 32.
  • Supply copy of covenants and developers guidelines (if applicable).
  • Supply a list of requested variations.


STAGE 2 - Preliminary Tender
(approximately 4-6 weeks from initial step)

Building and Design Consultant will:

Arrange a Soil Test and Contour Survey for foundations data.

Arrange plans (with changes if required) and specifications.

Prepare your Preliminary Tender, inc. site costs and variations for presentation with building and Design Consultant during weekdays only.

Require a further $1,000 on acceptance of your Preliminary Tender for progression to Building Contracts and preparation of Contract Drawings.

Order your Final Drawings and prepare your Building Contract and Final Specifications.

STAGE 3 - FINAL CONTRACTS
(approximately 2-4 weeks from return of Preliminary Tender)
Owners are required to:

Sign Final Building Contract, plans and specifications (week days only).

Pay balance of 5% on Contract Signing.

Supply proof of ownership of land and identity of block.

Supply a finance letter of approval.

Return completed colour selection sheets.

Organise Developers and Town Planning Approval (if applicable).


STAGE 4 - BUILDING COMMENCEMENT
Building and Design Consultant will compile all documents and
deliver to building partner who will:

Apply for the Building Permit.

Complete a file check including all administrative processes.

Organise all appropriate insurances and warranties.

Order materials required for Construction.

Allocate your job to a Building Supervisor.


Note:  All time frames are based on standard designs on level, sewered blocks and are subject to land registration, finance approval, relevant building and other statutory approvals and searches.  Due to sales volumes time frames may become slightly longer from time to time.
